Problem:
They are doing purchase in kgs and sales in meter or length. Due to heavy volume of transactions, It was difficult for them to maintain these records manually. Maintaining RG 23 D register and other documents was time consuming job; handling quaries of Excise Audit was very difficult.

Solution:
Ultimately Dugar Tubes Ltd. decided to go for the Udyog Excise Software, due to it's strong presence in iron and steel market, and understanding of iron and steel business. Udyog installed software at their Masjid office and trained their staff. Special item master setting was done in which multiple units were set for sale and purchase, simultaneously conversion ratio of material was set within different units. Purchase and sales were happening in different units of measurements but all excise reports were prepared in single unit of measurement.
