- Installation
after the specific APEX INSTALLATION
option which the client is selecting.
- No refund would
be paid in case of cancellation.
- Any customization
apart from the Statutory Requirement
and as mention in product catalogue
will be charged extra.
- Training &
Support for one year will be provided.
- Support &
Services are available from
6 x 9 via email & chat seva.
- Upgradation according
to the changes in statutory for
1st 1 year will be provided free
of charge.
- AMC amount Rs.
6,000/- for single company licence.
- Rs. 8,000/- extra
per additional company on the same
installation.

- AMC Rs.
2000/- per additional company in
the same installation.
- Any taxes extra
as applicable.
- Existing license
is not transferable to other company
license.
- Transfer to other
location where our service centre
is not there will be charged as
per conveyance, boarding and additional
charges.
- License transfer
cost to other location will be Rs.
6,000/- extra.
- Software is licenced
to use and not sold, subject to
mumbai jurisdiction.
- All licenses
granted under this agreement are
non-exclusive, they do not transfer
ownership rights in any product
services, and we reserve all rights.
- You are to comply
with all international and national
copyright laws that apply to these
products.
