2. Excise invoice setting one time as per customer design : 1 Day
   
   
3. Training on Master, transactions & reports: 3 days (6 hours a day only working days)
   
   
4. After completion of 2 months data entry from client, partners support executive will help to reconcile the standard reports: 2 days (3 hours a day)
   
   
5.   “Client Go- Live Process”, get it signed  with client in presence of support executive.

1. Take prior appointment of Service Centre for your Installation & Training.
   
   
2. All the resources should be available before Service Centre representative’s visit.
   
   
3. Be ready with printed formats of Excise Registers, Challan and Invoice.
   
   
4. Follow Service Centre instructions.
   
   
5. Get trained with the software.
   
   
6. Good hands on Data Entry.
   
   
7. Obey the guidelines and the suggestions given by Support Engineers.
   
   
8. Management must give enough importance to the Installation.
